Pack with Care
Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, controllers, and cables are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the hardware and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5 business days.
