Are your retro consoles and games original or reproductions?
We specialize in authentic, original hardware and software. Each item is rigorously tested by our technicians to ensure it is a genuine vintage product unless explicitly labeled as a modern reproduction or 'New-In-Box' re-release.
How do you test the quality of pre-owned games?
Every game undergoes a multi-point inspection including pin cleaning, save-battery testing, and at least 30 minutes of active gameplay to ensure there are no crashes or graphical glitches.
What is your return policy for vintage electronics?
We offer a 30-day functional warranty on all hardware. If your console or handheld fails to perform as described, you can return it for a full refund or an exchange for a similar model.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties required by their local government.
Will these old consoles work on my modern 4K TV?
Most retro consoles use analog signals (RCA/RF). While they can connect to many modern TVs with an adapter, we recommend using a dedicated upscaler like an OSSC or Retrotink for the best visual experience on HD displays.
How are items packaged for shipping?
We use heavy-duty bubble wrap and reinforced boxes for all hardware to prevent damage during transit. Loose cartridges are shipped in anti-static bags and padded mailers to ensure they arrive in the same condition they left our shop.
